Four cheese lasagna

Today I will teach you how to make that tasty Sunday lunch. Follow the instructions below!

Ingredients :

500 grams of cooked lasagna

250 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 cups milk

50 grams of crumbled gorgonzola cheese

100 grams of grated provolone cheese

50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

1 can of sour cream

How to Make:

  1. To make the sauce, in a saucepan, brown the flour with the butter.Expect to sweeten.
  2. In the blender,beat the mixture of flour and butter,milk,gorgonzola,provolone,parmesan and cream.
  3. Transfer to a pan and simmer at 160 ºC, stirring constantly until thick.
  4. In a refractory, alternate layers of pasta, sauce and mozzarella.
  5. Finish with sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake in high heat, preheated at 200° C until melted cheese and browned.

Tips:

  • Change the types of cheese.
  • Substitute the provolone for cheese plate and the gorgonzola for cheese half cure.
